Protowax offers the latest in wax rapid prototyping technology. We can use your CAD file to make a wax and prototyping can be carried out in 2-3 days or quicker if need be. Our waxes are 100% real wax and cast perfectly every time, for all metals.
Wax PrototypingWith our expertise we can use your STL, Rhino or Matrix file to produce the wax model of your piece in just a few days or even by the next day if required. Our wax prototyping machine is capable of producing up to 300 rings in a 24-hour period. The 100% real wax produced melts at around 75°C and is perfect for Platinum, Gold and Silver casting. As a result we are able to produce waxes quickly, efficiently and more competitively than our competitors. 
Medical Wax PrototypingWe have experience prototyping a range of different devices specific to the medical industry. Our equipment is capable of prototyping highly detailed and precise items perfectly suited for medical use. We have worked producing Prototype parts for a variety of Medical Devices and Physical Anatomical Parts for implants and study. One Off Designs
We are able to use your waxes whether produced by yourself or by us and cast them. Our vacuum casting machine produces excellent results on all metals. Casting is predominantly done in Platinum 950, 18ct White Gold, 18ct Yellow Gold and Silver. Our casting prices are extremely competitive. To ask about our latest casting prices pleaase contact us. CAD DesignWe offer a full design service: from your idea or sketch we can produce a Computer-aided Design and the rendered image for your client to approve with/including approximate costings for the completed piece, based on the wax prototyping, casting and finishing processes.

The Projet CPX 3000 is the most precise wax prototyping machine in the world. Using an .STL file, we can print your part in ultra high definition @ 16 micron layers (0.016mm) or High Definition @ 36 micron layers (0.036). |
